The software has been used in the project "Consultancy to build a database on payment for forest environmental services in Vietnam" in 2015.

II. OBJECTIVES
Establishing the PFES database system is a mission to enhance the capacity to implement PFES policy, aiming for public, democracy, fairness, and transparency. The software is built on the WEB technology to support stakeholders in developing, updating, managing, sharing and exploiting databases about PFES.
III. FUNCTIONS

1). PFES DATA COLLECTING AND UPDATING

2). DATA PROCESSING IN PFES
